Terms and Conditions

All wirework sculptures are made by hand by me and are therefore unique and individual.

Although I do my very best to make each piece perfectly, the nature of the medium means that these items are not suitable as toys or for children.

All commissions accepted require a 30% deposit with the balance payable upon completion before posting or collection/delivery.

In the event of a commission being cancelled after acceptance and the piece having been started, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you sign up for my newsletter, I will never pass your details on to a third party.

Payment for private workshops must be taken on the day.

Payment for items sold at exhibitions and events and company workshops must be settled within 30 days of invoicing.

Large sculptures will need to be collected, due to postage issues.

Due to the many changes in world markets recently, the price of wire has risen hugely by 52%. I have, unfortunately, had to raise my prices accordingly and I regret having to pass this on to my clients.

I have taken the decision not to hold workshops for the moment, but will update information as and when I resume.

However, I am still working hard, having been asked to make a wide variety of commissions over the last year, some of which are pictured on my Commissions page. The ghost soldiers are now positioned in Morpeth, Northumberland.
